Get a goal buddy and get it done.
Being a great Goal Buddy couldn't be simpler. First, you and your Goal Buddy tell each other your specific goal and deadline (such as: getting to the gym twice this week; keeping a food diary for the next two weeks; or cleaning out a closet this weekend). You each put your Buddy's deadline in your calendar, and when the time comes, you pledge to:
1. Ask your Goal Buddy, "Did you do it?"
and
2. Tell the truth when your Buddy asks you the same question.
That's all there is to it.
